After a hiatus from my daily practice, I'm back. I did my third Baptiste practice in Maryland on Friday, then took Saturday and Sunday off, and I just didn't get up in time yesterday. So today was the fourth of the 40 Day program, and I think I'll finish out this somewhat extended "week", then move on to Week Two on Saturday. This is going to get harder as the practices get longer--at first I was leaving an hour to practice, then I figured out that I didn't really need that long and slept in. Oops.
