Yesterday had incredible class at Donna's--really hot for the first time in ages, since the weather was finally warm. I understood the point of those towels now, the ones that go over your mat. It's for when your whole body is sweaty and you're slipping on the sticky mat. Ahhh!
Did my 40 Day practice this morning. I don't know why, but my body does not like the warrior poses so early. That is the least fun part of the practice for me, much more than Boat. To be honest, I never am crazy about the Warrior poses, but I particularly feel them in the morning. It's almost hard to breathe.
Feeling a lot of junk in my upper back lately, and I'm wondering if I should have it looked at.
Remember: Stay. Stay in the pose, stay in the moment, stay with this person.
